Analysis of Factors that Influence Agricultural Trade between China and Mongolia

Mongolia-China trade turnover has increased 250 times in 28 years. The two countries formally established diplomatic relations on October 16, 1949, which now expanded to the level of a comprehensive strategic partnership. This paper seeks study and analyse factors that influence agricultural product between China Mongolia give recommendations can create new possibilities for expansion bilateral were 2014. We use Comparative analysis apply factor regression methods econometrics Revealed Advantage Index (RCA index) affecting products analyzed. Our results show development China-Mongolia is faster than overall China’s trade, average annual growth rate from 2001 2018 17.1%, 4.3% higher total 26 import 5.7% increase China's imports, exports 2.2% exports, highly complementary, RCA index shows livestock industry used have very strong comparative advantage live animals, animals competitive continued decrease result fallen below 1 Chinese pay more attention quality safety products. make policy promoting provide reference Mongolia.
